This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for mowing and maintenance services at Cecil M. Harden Lake in Rockville, IN 47872. The contractor will provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing and maintenance services at the Cecil M. Harden Lake project recreation areas, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The performance and responsibility of the contractor shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspectionnecessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The Contractor is required to attend a pre-performance meeting to be scheduled by the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
Included with this solicitation are 5 numbered attachments that correspond to the exhibit table within the solicitation. Please review all 5 attachments for additional information about the scope of work, how to submit questions related to this solicitation to the Government through ProjNet, and how to submit your quotes before the deadline on 06 January 2025 at 1 PM EST. Please fill out the separate Price Breakout Schedule (PBS) and include the PBS with your quote. Failure to include a completed PBS with your quote will be considered an incomplete offeror and will not be included for evaluation. 1 firm fixed price contract will be awarded based off lowest total price to the Government. - Documents:
