Notice of Sources Sought in relation to the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Carlisle Barracks intent to raise the ceiling on the current 2021-2025 Construction (JOC) contract.
Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(l) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies of Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
Description of Action: DPW requests an increase to the contract ceiling for the Construction (JOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract No. W91QF021D0001, awarded to Belt Built Contracting LLC.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to Raise the Ceiling on the Construction (JOC) Contract.
