COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Ceiling-Mounted Patient Ceiling Lifts and Rails Replacement at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is anticipated. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24825Q0925 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 (eff. 6/11/2025). (iv) This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. The combined synopsis/solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339113: Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing and has a size standard of 800 Employees. To be considered as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), prospective offerors must be a verified SDVOSB on the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) page (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) at the date and time set for receipt of offers. Responses shall be on all or none basis, no partial submissions will be accepted. Quote must be valid for 90 days.
