Description
The 410th CSB, Theater Support Contracting Office (TSCO) is posting this “Sources Sought” to assist with locating Contractors to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Cellular phones (smart phones) with service in Paraguay. The number of cellular phones (smart phones) will be defined in a Performance Work Statement (PWS) once a solicitation is posted. All equipment shall be in compliance with section 889 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232).
Specific Tasks: The Contractor shall provide users the ability to place/receive phone calls over a 4G network without interruption. Each cellular phone shall require the following services: International calling capability, Text message capability (sending/receiving), Storage capability with A minimum of 64GB of storage (phone contacts, call logs, usage time, photos), Voice mail capability, Minimum data plan (data capability) of 25GB, One thousand-five hundred (1,500) talk and text units a month per phone, The Contractor shall provide additional minutes upon approval by the Contracting Officer at a predetermined rate for local and international calls. Only additional minutes used will be paid, Cellular devices that permit free calls between devices, and Camera of 5 megapixels minimum.
