- Facility Site Survey and Design: - Conduct comprehensive signal strength survey indoors and around perimeter of the Facility for best placement - Both area 1 and area 2 must be included in the proposal - Identify antenna location(s) with optimal outside signal - Create heatmap showing projected indoor signal coverage - Provide system design for multi-carrier support (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular) Facility Equipment and Installation: - Install external donor antennas on the roof or other appropriate exterior structure - Install internal antennas to provide uniform coverage (ceiling-mount preferred) - Install signal boosters/amplifiers with appropriate gain - Include lightning protection and surge suppression - Route all necessary cabling and secure with professional finish - Controls systems are to be easy to access within the control rooms Facility Technical Requirements: - Support all major U.S. carriers (LTE, 5G, etc.) - Coverage for voice and data covering appropriate bands - Automatic gain control and real-time monitoring - Compliant with FCC Part 20 rules for signal boosters and any other applicable rules - Remote monitoring and diagnostics capability highly preferred - Scalable architecture for future coverage expansion Facility Equipment Room: - Equipment must fit within existing IT/network closet (approx. 24U rack space available) - Include rack or wall-mount brackets, power supplies, and cable management - Must include battery backup (UPS) and/or be compatible with building-s emergency power Facility Integration and Training: - Provide integration with Facility network or remote access options for monitoring - Conduct system testing with pre/post-install signal measurements - Provide staff training on system use, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting - Supply full documentation including diagrams, IPs, device info, and warranty detailsShow Less
