Ability to provide secure devices and networks, including encryption of data transmissions. 6. Disaster preparedness for man-made and natural disaster scenarios. 7. Hardware and software options for disaster scenarios. 8. Warranty and replacement schedule for devices. 9. Monthly billing of services. 10. Ability to segment bill by cost center. 11.
