All Proposals are due by 4:00pm on Friday October 10, 2025 The Town of Royalton reserves the right to refuse any and all bids Bid Specifications Introduction: The Town of Royalton is requesting proposals to provide tree maintenance services at the South Royalton Village Cemetery, located on South Windsor Street. Removal should be completed no later than November 30th, 2025. Scope of Services: Removal of three large pine trees. Removal and stump grinding of one birch tree. Schedule of Bidding: • Request for Proposals: 9/12/2025 • Site Visit: 10/3/2025 (9am) • Sealed Bid Due Date: 10/10/2025 (4:00pm) • Bid Award: 10/17/2025 1. The contractor is liable for any damage incurred to property or landscaping features. 2. Contractor shall provide at least 3 references demonstrating successful completion of similar work, list of equipment, and proof of insurance with their bid. The town of Royalton maintains the right to adjust this request for bid proposals upon a written notification to the contractor prior to October 9, 2025. If contractor does not verify receipt of any adjustment on their bid proposal, that proposal will not be considered. The Town of Royalton has the right to reserve the ability to extend this contract for up to three years. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the contractor-s name, address and phone number. Proposals received after the deadline stated shall not be accepted.
