INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:The Asheville VA Medical Center, located in Asheville, NC, intends to award a sole source basis contract to Censis Technologies Inc. to support equipment deliver, training and set up contract to cover all parts, of the CensiMark Laser Unit.The proposed contract action is for parts and repair for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.Censis Technologies Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of CensiMark products. Censis Technologies Inc. is the sole supplier of any service-related material including, but not limited to, field repairs, extended warranty, retrofits, service contracts, or unit certifications for the CensiMark Laser Unit. The award will go to Censis Technologies Inc directly.As a Sole Source purchase, quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 11:00 AM, EST, on 08/8/2025 to Natasha.leahy@va.gov.Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address, and telephone number.
