Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2):
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1) The solicitation number for this is N0018925Q0120 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)
2) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number 2024-05.
3) The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for services. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $35million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
4) This solicitation is restricted to those Hotel Lodgings within 10 miles or a maximum 10 minute drive from US Naval Academy (USNA) and be able to accommodate full-size (USNA) busses conveniently for loading & unloading guests
