Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this is N0018925Q0305 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number 2025-03.
The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for services. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $40,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
This solicitation is restricted to those Hotel Lodgings within A10 minute drive from US Naval Academy (USNA) and be able to accommodate full-size (USNA) busses conveniently for loading & unloading guests. Lodgings must also have ample and suitable space to host event for approximately 125 guests. With a suitable location in the lobby area to setup a registration tables and visitor welcoming center.
