Description : State System of Higher EducationCommonwealth of PennsylvaniaPublic NoticeforRequest for ProposalsRFP SSHE-CM-2025, Centrally-Held Open-End Contracts for Construction Management ServicesThe State System of Higher Education (System), through the Office of the Chancellor, intends to contract centrally with a number of firms in order to have firms available to perform a variety of construction management services for the System and its universities. The proposed set of contracts will be SSHE-CM-2025 Centrally-Held Open-End Contracts for Construction Management Services. These proposed contracts will replace the existing PASSHE-CM-2019 Centrally-Held Open-End Contracts for Construction Management Services, which expire in fall 2025.The contracts will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts. The contracts will not have any specific dollar value attached to them. Services, with associated fees, will be ordered against the contracts if and when needed by the System and its universities.
