Description:
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.
All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Reagents and Consumables. The Contractor shall provide Reagents and Consumables in accordance with the details outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Items will be delivered to the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA, 71101.
The Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Tuesday 3:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 01/13/2026.
