The U.S. Geological Survey Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement for an electrical upgrade to include but not limited to removing and replacing the existing building main single-phase 1200-amp disconnect with a new 600-volt 1200-amp distribution panel at the Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary.The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0125Q0052 will be issued on or about 2/6/2025 with written quotes due on 2/28/2025. Upon award payment protections are required.There will be a site visit. All contractors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to attend the site visit. See provision 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) in Section L of the solicitation for information on the site visit.The NAICS code is 238190. The size standard is $19 million. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside.A vendor must be registered at https://sam.gov/SAM/ to be awarded the contract.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
