The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests training to obtain FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)/Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and/or CFI-Instrument endorsements. This is a small business set-aside with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code anticipated for this requirement is: 611512 - Flight Training and small business size standard in millions of dollars for the selected NAICS is $34M. The FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Prior to the preparation of your quote, please read all instructions contained herein.The Contractor's quote shall be clearly stated, complete and provide a straightforward, concise delineation if its capabilities and services to satisfy this RFQ.
