CFM Healthcare Design-Build and Construction (DBnC)Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) -- Y1JZ***SPECIAL NOTICE*** CFM Healthcare Design-Build and Construction (DBnC) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT to inform interested Design-Build, Construction and A-E firms of multiple Industry Day events being held by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM) for the upcoming CFM Healthcare Design-Build and Construction MATOC requirement. The 1st will be August 20, 2025 from 3:45-4:45pm EDT at the DBIA 2025 Federal Sector Design-Build Industry Days held at the Hyatt Regency Reston, VA. The 2nd will be held VIRTUALLY for all interested parties on September 4, 2025 at 1:00pm EDT. There is an Unrestricted as well as a SDVOSB set-aside component to this MATOC, so all businesses are encouraged to attend. Please see the attachments to this announcement for more details and registration instructions. Additionally, this special notice will include a copy of the DRAFT RFP for industry feedback and comment (to be posted later this week). DRAFT RFP comments are due by COB on September 12, 2025.
