The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Logistics Program Management (CG-441) is providing this special notice of contract modification in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(ii) to modify and increase the contract ceiling for Engineering and Logistics Directorate (CG-4) for the USCG for contract, 47QRAD19D1001, task order 70Z02321FPLM00200, awarded to Vector CSP LLC.
The contract was awarded for a base period of twelve months and four twelve-month option periods under PCS Code R706 and NAICS Code 541330. The award date was 09/23/2021, and the contract will expire on 09/22/2026, including all option periods. If the agency decides to exercise FAR 52.217-9 for six (6) months, the contract will expire on 03/22/2027. This activity is conducted as a requirement to raise the contract ceiling. There are no updates to the Statement of Work. This request is to increase the current ceiling by $3,916,251.73 from $12,083,652.00 to $14,775,660.03.

This Special Notice for award modification to contract, 47QRAD19D1001, task order 70Z02321FPLM00200 will be posted for 15 calendar days to verify that no other sources can meet this requirement. The Government seeks to avoid substantial duplication of cost that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
