Scope of Work: CGC Stratton
Hose Reel and Hose

Background: While refueling the starboard small boat, ship's force identified a fuel oil leak coming from the refueling hose. Additionally, several parts of the hose reel mounting housing were rusting without a possibility of repair.

The objective of this scope of work is to provide CGC Stratton with a hose reel and hose as per original installation. No alternative parts will be excepted. USCG will not cover any costs associated with the ship check.

Parts: Hose Reel and applicable hose / part number: A31040010. Picture of the parts required are on page 2 and 3.

Required delivery date: 12Jan2026. Once contract is awarded an estimated delivery date must be provided to the contracting officer.

Deliverable Schedule: Tracking number and carrier information must be made known to the Contracting Officer. Hose reel must be delivered to USCG Shipping and Receiving at the following address: ATTO: Igor Guerrero, 1 Eagle Rd, bldg. 42, Alameda, CA, 94501
