Amendment 03: The purpose of amendment 03 is to:
1. Extend response date to 23 September 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time.
2. The required delivery date is changed from 7 November 2025 to 11 February 2026.
3. To require vendors to address the delivery date in the quote document for technical review. Otherwise, quote will be considered unacceptable.
4. To require vendors to address and list every single military specification, to include chair dimensions and materials in the quote document for technical review. Otherwise, quote will be considered unacceptable.
The title of the contract opportunity was revised to remove Malpass as this specific brand is not required. The chairs do need to meet the Navy Specifications of B-3B-2A chairs.
