- Bulletin Desc : The purpose of this change order is to amend L6154 to provide for additional improvements. Additional improvements are required to remodel the Premises as described in Exhibit B as amended. The cost of the additional improvements are $35,074 to be paid to the Lessor in one (1) payment outside of the rent schedule Exhibit C. The $35,074.00 shall initially be paid for by the Illinois Department of Central Management Services, and then billed back to the PRB.
