AMENDMENT 0001 to N0016423RJR95:
The purpose of this synopsis amendment is to make the following changes:
Include that the Government will now be providing and supplying the required amount of C4 as Government Furnished Property (GFP) for this contract.
Amending the anticipated award date to fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026
Correcting the Government Point of Contact (POC) to Ryan Harvey, Code 0232, Building 3373, 300 Hwy 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001, 812-826-4441, e-mail ryan.d.harvey21.civ@us.navy.mil.
The Navy solicited on a full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.1 in fiscal year 2024, under solicitation N0016424RJR95. Amendment 0007 suspended the solicitation while the Government researched and prepared responses. The Navy plans to issue Amendment 0008 which will “un-suspend” the solicitation and anticipates the following updates to be made:
Revise the response date/time and closing date
Provide GFP Attachment to include C4
Update clauses as necessary
Include and incorporate GFP clauses
Revise GFP information in attachments as necessary (SOW, CDRLs, etc)
Update Government POCs
The solicitation amendment notice(s) and associated controlled documents will be made available posted to https://sam.gov via the PIEE Solicitation Module.
