  This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only.This Special Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to issue a sole source contract under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 c (1)- FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Apollo SunGuard, 4487 Ashton Road, Sarasota, FL 34233. Services will be from 03/30/2025 to 03/29/2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods under NAICS 51320, Software Publishers. The vendor will provide network cloud software services for three (3) existing ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations used by the Heartland VA HealthCare System. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract applies.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than February 11, 2025 at 12:00 pm CST, to Albert.CheeksJr@va.gov. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to RFQ 36C25525Q0140, EV Charging Software in the subject line. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capabilities of the party to provide the required services. Responding as an interested party under the www.fbo.gov website does not constitute convincing evidence of capabilities. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
