This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only.This Special Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to issue a sole source contract under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 c (1)- FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Beam Global, 5560 Eastgate Drive, San Diego, CA 92121. Services will be from 03/30/2025 to 03/29/2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods under NAICS 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The vendor will provide maintenance and repair services for three (3) existing BEAM Electric Vehicle ARC Units by the Heartland VA HealthCare System. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract. Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract applies.This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than February 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm CST, to Albert.CheeksJr@va.gov.
