- In Accordance With Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 187 Section 10A-179H (4), The Connecticut Health And Educational Facilities Authority (The 201Cauthority 201D) Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Individuals Or Firms Wishing To Serve As Internal Auditor To The Authority For A Period Not To Exceed Three (3) Years, Commencing After July 1, 2026.The Authority Is A Quasi-Public Agency And Political Subdivision Of The State Of Connecticut And Is A Conduit Issuer Of Tax-Exempt Bonds Issued On Behalf Of Eligible Non-Profits In The State Of Connecticut Pursuant To Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 187, Sections 10A-176 Through 10A-198. These Tax-Exempt Bonds Are Financial Obligations Of The Underlying Obligor On Whose Behalf Chefa Issues The Bonds. Please See Attached Document For Scope Of Services And Additional Requirements.
