This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov website: https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

The purpose of this RFI is to solicit nominations for inclusion in Chemical Biological Technology Concepts Exploration Forum events throughout Fiscal Year (FY26). This will facilitate government partnerships with DoD, interagency, academic, and industry partners to explore innovative solutions for understanding, protecting against, and mitigating chemical and biological (CB) threats in future operating environments (beyond 2045).

Dates/ Location: Events are planned throughout Fiscal Year (FY26), beginning late Q1 FY26. Specific dates and locations will be announced to selected nominees with sufficient lead time for planning.
