***ADDENDUM NO. 1***The purpose of this addendum is to revise the due date for the G0210-2000017382 event. The revised due date and time is September 2, 2025, 4:00 PM CT.***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide Real-Time, Direct-Injection Chemical Ionization Mass Spectrometer (CI-MS) Instrument, including related consumables and equipment services, for Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $180,000 to $200,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum.CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.
