This is a Synopsis of IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation.
This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for BPA-call orders under the Vegetation Management/Wildlife Protection Services(BPA) for the Mena-Oden Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest, Arkansas.

Project Title: Chemical Site Preparation/Cut-Spray Surface/Foliar Spray
Project Description: The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully complete vegetation management practices for the following items within the boundaries of Mena-Oden Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest.
IAW established BPA - 5.2.2.1.1 Site Preparation 219.7 acres of Site Preparation, Cut-Surface, and Foliar spray.
Project Location: Mena-Oden Ranger District, Ouachita National Forest
Delivery: The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity.
This BPA is composed of small businesses. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. The point of contact is laniece.nixon@usda.gov.
