Description:
The County of DeKalb, GA (the \"County\"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via the Countys eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Late responses will not be accepted.Project work includes providing the necessary water/chemical treatment for HVAC systems at various locations in DeKalb County. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the selected contractor shall be required to (1) chemically treat the water in boilers and cooling towers once per month; (2) conduct monthly tests on equipment to verify chemical levels are adequate; (3) conduct bacteria testing on cooling towers quarterly per year and (4) repair or replace dosage equipment as needed.
