Network Contracting Office 23 intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ), 36C26325Q0170, for a Chemistry / Immunochem CPRR BPA, for the Veteran Integrated Service Network 23 (VISN23). This firm-fixed-price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services, and the corresponding NAICS Code is 334516.

Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26325Q0170 and must list their GSA contract. An itemized quote as well as a sufficient technical narrative and supporting documentation is mandatory.
