Description:
The County is seeking a golf course management company to assume responsibility for the following operations associated with the Cherry Island golf course:Formulation and implementation of operating programs, business plans, and budgetsStarter services, course marshalling services and tee time reservationsPro shop operations and cart rentalsFood and beverage service, including alcohol beverage service and banquetsGrounds, building and golf course maintenance to County specificationsAdministration of all contract personnel including employment, training and terminationsCollection and accounting of all revenues in a timely and secure mannerPayment and accounting of all expenses in a timely mannerPreparation of daily, monthly and annual financial operating statementsThe County will retain responsibility for the following:Administration of all terms and conditions of the contractEstablishing fees and golf course operating policiesMonitoring standards, specifications and operating policiesBudget approvalPrior approval of any and all expenses not budgetedPrior approval of any alterations to existing facilitiesEstablishment and management of Capital Improvement Program and construction projectsDetermination and funding of necessary equipment
