Amendment 0002, dated 22 January 2025, provides answers to questions and extends the due date.
Amendment 0001, dated 31 December 2024, provides answers to questions received from industry.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the items listed in the attached solicitation to be delivered to Chief Joseph Dam (CJD), Bridgeport, Washington. Each item is required to meet all specifications as stated in the Purchase Description. New equipment only; no remanufactured or “gray market” items. All items must be covered by manufacturer-s warranty. The successful quoter shall be required to deliver all items within 90 days after date of award. All deliveries must take place during CJD business hours of Monday through Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays.

DFARS clause 252.225-7001 Buy American and Balance of Payments Program and DFARS provision 252.225-7000 Buy American--Balance of Payments Program Certificate—BASIC apply.
