Page 1 of 1The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) to obtain replacement services for Caterpillar 10R-8103 Reman Electronic Control Module (ECM). Period of performance: 7/28/2025 through 7/27/2025 Basic description of the requirement: The New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn campus (800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209) has a requirement for repair services, specifically for replacement of the EIS Module (Caterpillar 10R-8103 Reman Electronic Control Module (ECM)) in Caterpillar gas engine model G3412TA of their #1 Chiller. The contractor shall furnish all parts and labor to shut down the chiller, drain the coolant, disconnect all associated coolant lines, remove old EIS module, install new EIS module, reconnect all associated coolant lines, refill unit with coolant, run and test the unit in its repaired state to ensure it is operational prior to leaving the site.
