Description
The purpose of this requirement is to:
Shutdown and disconnect electrical and drain the existing water-cooled chilled water system
Provide and install new air-cooled chiller
Reconnect to existing water piping and provide and install new aluminum jack and new piping insulation
Add two tees and isolation valves for temporary chiller hook ups
Reconnect to existing electrical
Reconnect to existing controls
Receiving, storage, delivery and crane/rigging is included
Heat trace hook up and installation included for piping freeze protection, insulate label, strap and support pipes
Factory Start up and commissioning included
Refill system, leak check, bleed air, and return system to operation
Work to be performed during regular working hours.
Disposal of old air-cooler equipment and parts
At General Smalls Inn, Ft Eustis. Please review the attached Statement of Work for more information.
