THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE: The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, contract for Chiller Shaft Replacement Services at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, MI. NAICS Code 238220, size standard $19 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.
