1. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Chipboard and Boxboard in supportof Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). This requirement is a non-commercial, simplified acquisition under FAR part 13,Simplified Acquisition Procedures.The result of this solicitation is a Firm Fixed Price Base + 100% Option. The Option will be evaluated at time ofaward. Award will be made to the quoter who provides the lowest price, responsive and responsible contractor whorepresents the lowest price.2.
