Septic Tank and Vault Toilet Pumping and Disposal Services, Channel Islands National Park, Ventura County, CA. The National Park Service (NPS) at Channel Islands National Park (CHIS), has a requirement for septic system pumping services at two locations on Santa Cruz Island. The Contractor shall be responsible for pumping, transport, and disposal of waste removed from island septic systems.
