INTRODUCTION
The Mission and Installation Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis is issuing this source sought notice (SSN) as a means of conducting market research to identify potential businesses having an interest in, and the resources to fulfill, this requirement. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement should a procurement action follow.

The current Army history lessons contained within the Basic Combat Training (BCT) Program of Instruction (POI) require improvement to instill a sense of pride and personal identification as a US Army Soldier. US Army History taught in BCT was developed to be informative and relate context on US Army history to inform BCT Trainees on the Army-s rich heritage and lineage.
