PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources (including VOSBs & SDVOSBs) and is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for the following pharmaceutical: CIPROFLOXACIN 400 MG/200ML-D5W, NDC #25021-0114-87, quantity 3,087 Cartons (24 pouches per carton). Alternate NDCs will be considered as long as it meets the pharmaceutical equivalent and is approved by the CMOP. Product requirements:Must have expiration date of 18 months or longer.One time delivery, with the fewest lot numbers as possible. To be considered, vendors must:Be registered in Sam.gov under NAICS code 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation manufacturing)Provide Pedigree for pharmaceuticalsMust be a Manufacturer of the item or;an Authorized Distributor of the item or;an Authorized Distributor of a Reseller who is an Authorized Distributor of the Manufacture of the item and can provide a Letter of Authorization from the Manufacturer showing them as an authorized distributor Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information.
