Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single source award to LPKF Distribution, Inc, (CAGE 0ZKD2) for Circuit Board Router. GSL is addresses some of the world-s toughest Civil Works and Military Engineering challenges, from running the world-s most powerful centrifuge dedicated to engineering and scientific research to creating asphalt that quickly repairs remote airfields to developing rapidly deployable protection systems that shield buildings from damage. Through a multi-faceted approach that includes field and laboratory data collection and instrumentation development, computational science and data analytics, the GSL develops innovative solutions in Force projection and maneuver support, Force protection and weapons effects, Civil works and infrastructure, and Operational support and technology transfer.

This research is for the Advanced Integrated Unconventional Countermeasure Applications (AIUCA) program relative to printed electronics research.

As part of this research, the GSL personnel require the capability to create circuit boards designed specifically for current research.

The award will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 334515, Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, with a size standard of 750 employees.
