The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Contracting Office (Code 440) intends to issue a firm fixed price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), soliciting from a single source. An award will be made on or about 21 Dec 23 to JOKELL 628 Innovation Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23320. The delivery date 4 March 2024. This is a supply type contract. It is to provide Circuit Breakers parts; 1. 3275VL05-ARC Contract Support - 1 each, 3275VL06-Upper Terminal Block -3 each,3275VL07-ARC Chute Runner - 4 each,3275VL08-ARC Chute Lift Block- 1 each, 3275VL09-Main Contact Washer- 6 each, 3275VL10-Screw with Lockwashe-12 each, 3275VL11-Stud, Upper Lead- 3 each, 3275VL12-Nameplate, Warning- 1 each, 3275VL13-Support Pin - 3 each. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 332710 Special Industry Machinery Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with an SBA Size Standard of $500 personnel. Product Service Code (PSC) 3695. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit technical capabilities that satisfy the requirements listed above. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor-s capabilities and experience that demonstrates the ability to supply items. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
