Description:
1. This is a Sole Source Requirement to Indra Air Traffic, Inc. for fifteen (15) for Circuit Card Assembly NSN: 5998-01-538-1959IM. Please see the Attached documents for additional information.
1.1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1.2. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a sole source Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA8119-26-Q-0001.
1.3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective 01 October, 2025; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DPN 20251024 effective 24 October 2025, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DAFAC 2025-1016, effective 16 October 2025.
1.4. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336413 (Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing) and small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is not applicable to a set-aside as this is expected to be a sole source action.
