This is a combined synopisis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation HC101923R0010 is a request for proposal (RFP) for the Cisco Business Critical Services for Network Optimization. These Business Critical Services will support Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY) with services to optimize its SYLAN (shipyard local area network) and its SECNET (secured network) and integrated security systems with the goal of assisting PHNSY&IMF-s mission of providing 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week optimal secure network support for ship repair in the Pacific Basin. The resultant contract period of performance is anticipated to consist of a base year plus four 1-year option periods. The Government will not issue a synopsis when exercising the option(s). This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. Offers from other than Small Businesses will not be considered. Small Business offers must also be Authorized Cisco Resellers. Proof of Authorized Cisco Reseller status must be provided.
Submit written offers in accordance with CLIN structure outlined in the attached RFP. Oral offers will not be accepted. All responsible Authorized Cisco Reseller Small Businesses will be considered. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541519 for services and Size Standard of $34M apply to this procurement.
