Description
I. Description of Requirement
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to procure the following:

QTY: (2) - 6000426 - ADC VPX-FIPS Software Subs (Fixed Model) Premium 5Gbps** TRUSTED PRODUCT
QTY: (30) - 6003000 - Citrix US 24/7 Support TRUSTED PRODUCT
The Government intends to procure the above items under a limited competition between Citrix Systems, Inc., (CAGE: 1M1D6) and their authorized distributors. These items will be procured for the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Test Division (PMTD), Lakehurst, New Jersey through a Firm Fixed Price contract, in accordance with the attached CLIN Structure. The Government intends to procure the above items through a total small business set-aside. Delivery shall be made to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ.

The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
II. Solicitation Instructions. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 & FAR Part 13 under solicitation number N68335-25-Q-0383. (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01. (v) See attachment 001 CLIN structure spreadsheet for the list of line items, quantities and units of measure.
