- The Project includes the following Work: The Project includes selective demolition and renovation to Fire Station #-s 1, 2, 4, 5 and 8. Remove select existing interior partitions and construct stud with drywall partitions. Remove and replace select interior doors and hardware and replace with new doors and frames. Remove and replace select exterior windows. Remove and replace select hard ceilings and lay-in ceilings. Remove select existing casework and replace with new casework as described. Remove and replace select flooring with new LVT and resin flooring. Remove and replace select exterior doors. Paint new and existing walls, ceilings, trim, doors, frames and trim. The Work includes removal and replacement of select electrical, communications, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Roofing replacement at Station #-s 1 and 8.
