Description:
Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Project Title, located at Project Address. This project involves the replacement and upgrade of Air Handling Unit AHU-7 and associated HVAC, piping, controls, and electrical work as detailed in the construction documents, and is being delivered under a lump-sum contract.The goal of this project is to modernize aging HVAC infrastructure, improve system performance, and ensure reliable building ventilation. Work is expected to be performed in coordination with ongoing County operations within an occupied government facility, and must comply with all applicable county specifications, ordinances, local permitting requirements, or prevailing wage laws.Interested vendors should have demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC system upgrades, mechanical retrofits, and work within active public buildings and the ability to manage projects of similar size and complexity.
