Specifically: 10 ton Trane THK120A4S0G**A100A1 Package unit with 18kw heat, Manual outside air Damper, Hot Gas Reheat, Return and Supply smoke detectors, humidity sensor and new thermostat. The quote should include all required permitting, ductwork, fasteners, and the required crane (which may need additional permitting.) Removal of existing unit from rooftop, 1 year warranty and sea coating of the condenser coil are required.
