- This project is a tenant buildout of approximately 1,700 square feet of unfinished 2nd-floor space at Green Cove Springs City Hall. The scope includes installation of new partition walls to create offices, a bathroom, and a conference room, new furring and drywall on exterior walls, new flooring throughout, installation of a new suspended ceiling with integrated lighting, upgrade of the existing HVAC system, and installation of new electrical and data wiring. As-builts are provided for reference, but a physical site inspection prior to bid is highly recommended.The scope of work includes design, permitting and construction. The existing space is constructed as a conditioned shell space. There is currently infrastructure for HVAC, electric, plumbing, and fire alarm systems in the shell space, but these systems may need to be expanded, revised, or upgraded to support the buildout.
