- The City of Marble Falls is requesting Submittals for Qualifications (SOQs) for the One Water 3.0 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of services will include geotechnical engineering, testing of soil and construction materials, field and laboratory services, and reports as required, for the purpose of quality control and assurance of construction activities.Submittals for the RFQ will be received online through OpenGOV until June 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM local time.A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference for the RFQ will be held on May 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM virtually through Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is encouraged but not required.
