Bid Proposal Package Must Be Delivered To Nashville City Hall, Purchasing Agent. The Meeting Will Be Held At The Nashville Cite Hall Located At 405 W Washington Ave, Nashville, Ga 31639. Proposals Can Be Mailed Or Delivered To The Attention Of Amanda Thacker, City Clerk At 405 W Washington Ave, Nashville, Ga 31639. Bids Will Be Opened To The Public. Proposals Received After The Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. The City Of Nashville May Select A Successful Low Bidder After Evaluation Of All Bids. There Will Be A Non-mandatory Pre-bid Conference Held At 10:00am Local Time, On Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
