The City of Newton has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Scattered Site Housing Project to rehabilitate homes. This job consists of 2 trees to be removed; exterior girder replaced; guttering; installation of new windows (working with the Lead Abatement Contractor); installation of exterior doors; electrical upgrades; plumbing work; HVAC work; floor covering; interior painting as well as other carpentry work.
