Responding Firms Should Be Qualified To Provide Grant Administra¿on And Related Services Including, But Not Limited To: Prepara¿on Of The Grant Applica¿on; Prepara¿on Of The Environmental Review Record; Prepara¿on Of Draw/disbursement Requests; Assistance With Financial Administra¿on Of Grant Funds And Record Keeping; Assistance With Holding Public Hearings; Assistance With Any Required Acquisi¿on Following The Uniform Reloca¿on Assistance And Real Property Acquisi¿on Act (ura); Assis¿ng The Engineer With Prepara¿on Of Bid Documents, Adver¿sing And Conduc¿ng The Bid Opening; Assis¿ng The City With Davis-bacon And Related Labor Requirements Including Weekly Payroll Review And Employee Interviews; Assis¿ng The City With Mee¿ng Affirma¿vely Furthering Fair Housing (affh) Requirements; And Prepara¿on Of Close-out Documents.
